NOA Product Advances at IBC 2010

NOA Record, Four-Channel Upgrade

For a closer look at the future of media archiving and preservation, IBC attendees can visit NOA Audio Solutions, at booth 8.D91. There visitors will learn about the next round of innovation, mediARC™ 1.5, which includes cleaner search presentation, incorporation of fuzzy search algorithms, an advanced DTD editor, and much more.

NOA will showcase significant advances in all three of its product lines: IngestLine™ for transcribing audio content from analog to digital format;
Job Database™ for automating metadata transcription for newly digitized content;
and mediARC, the world's most functional and effective audio archive management system.

NOA Record, Four-Channel Upgrade

Until now, the NOA Record system has performed digitization of any combination of analog sources (tape, vinyl, DAT, cassette, records, 78s, and cylinders) in multiples of three parallel ingest streams. At IBC2010, NOA will introduce a four-parallel stream version, which additionally reduces the time it takes to digitize large databases. With this upgrade, NOA Record integrates seamlessly with both mediARC™ and JobDatabase™ workflow systems to form a unified solution for digitization and archive management.
