Technical advances in video production and broadcast are changing the way content is captured and delivered, creating new areas of opportunity for automation, improved efficiency and versatility. Visitors will also see and experience the iTX integrated playout platform, which is designed with advanced flexibility to adapt to how channels are aired and distributed; and the K2 Summit 3G transmission client, which is the most versatile server optimized for a broad range of production and broadcast applications with bidirectional channel control and mission-critical, 24/7/365 reliability.

In the area of baseband-to-IP migration, Grass Valley offers broadcasters a uniquely open IP migration path driven by SDN-enabled control that seamlessly supports hybrid SDI/IP signal environments. IP solutions on hand will include the Kaleido IP multiviewer and the NVISION 8144 with IP gateway. At the forefront of optimized technologies to support 4K production environments is the LDX 4K camera—the first 4K/UHD camera developed specifically for live production.
