Grass Valley Appoints Hassan Ghoul to Lead Middle East Initiatives

To reinforce its solutions offerings to broadcasters and content producers, and to further strengthen its already firm reputation in the Middle East, Grass Valley™ has appointed Hassan Ghoul as Managing Director and Sales Manager for Grass Valley’s operations in the Middle East.

With a career in the broadcast industry spanning over 35 years, Hassan Ghoul is a well-respected broadcast technology solutions expert. He started his career in Cairo and was one of the drivers of the Media Production City project, before spending time with Sony in Europe and the Middle East. He left Sony to start his own Dubai-based business in 2005, providing support on the ground for both new businesses and those interested in establishing themselves in the Middle East, including Ascent Media, Tevido, and ATG Broadcast. As well as offering hands-on consultancy and customer contact, he is a regular conference speaker in the region.
