First ‘HighTecDay Jointly Organized by Stagetec and Sennheiser

.

On 15 May, SALZBRENNER STAGETEC Audio Video Mediensysteme GmbH staged its first HighTecDay at the company’s HQ in Buttenheim (Germany). Organized in cooperation with the headphone and microphone manufacturer Sennheiser, the event was targeted at customers based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the stage, show, audio and/or communication sectors.

Between 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., visitors were able to experience SALZBRENNER STAGETEC Audio Video Mediensysteme and Sennheiser products in an essentially hands-on setting, with ample opportunity to touch and test-drive the products on display. In addition, they were invited to ask specific questions and exchange ideas with developers and project managers, while a series of 15-minute presentations provided valuable technical background information. The fully customizable POLARIS evolution network console, the brand-new INSPIration stage management desk and the VIVACE acoustic system quickly emerged as SALZBRENNER’s showstoppers. Sennheiser, for its part, featured its new Digital 9000 system, its TeamConnect audio streaming concept, the SpeechLine microphone series and its ADN-W wireless conference technology.

“A clever mix of in-house fair, workshops and presentations, our novel ‘HighTecDay’ clearly struck a chord with our customer base: no fewer than 70 attendants showed up and complimented us on the initiative. Our customers clearly had been waiting for a practice-oriented event where they could talk one-on-one with the makers of the products they use”, commented Wolfgang Salzbrenner, the managing director of SALZBRENNER STAGETEC Audio Video Mediensysteme.

Visitors who arrived on the night before the event were treated to a get-together with a giant barbecue and ample opportunity to meet like-minded colleagues.

The hands-on setting of this HighTecDay was highly appreciated: attendants enjoyed the animated presentations, the opportunity to exchange impressions with other professionals and appreciated the event’s positive and dynamic vibe. “Our exclusive event drew highly motivated pros who were quick to seize the opportunity to ask specific questions. The lightning-fast setup time of Sennheiser’s Digital 9000 system as well as SALZBRENNER’s INSPIration and POLARIS evolution look like real winners”, noted Rainer Hettwer, project manager at Salzbrenner Stagetec Audio Video Mediensysteme GmbH.

Further to the overwhelming response, the company is already considering turning the HighTecDay into an annual event.
