DTS Unveiled its 11.1 Sound Signature, Created Using Milk, Lentils and Water Balloons

At the Intel Storage Solutions Theatre, DTS also demonstrated its Neo:X technology, the world’s first 11.1 surround system, and the next-generation of immersive 3D entertainment for home theatre enthusiasts and industry audio professionals. Neo:X provides a semi-spherical sound field using an 11.1 speaker configuration adding height/wide speakers to create a natural, immersive, spacious and lifelike 3D surround soundscape.
