Code One Live Streaming Solutions Now Available at Qvest Media
With its innovative video streaming technology, Code One is responding to the growing demand for greater mobility in live broadcasting. The application-oriented products enables journalists, hosts or broadcasters to distribute live content anywhere at anytime. The Code One solutions reduce the common complexity of live broadcasting to a minimum. Backpack Kits for live reporters and ENG teams, event streaming kits or 19” rack installations – all Code One solutions create maximum independence for signal distribution. Using multiplexing technology the products make the simulcast transmission of audio and video signals along six different distribution channels possible. For example, content from a concert can be broadcasted via LTE (4G), HSPA+ (3G), UMTS, DSL, WLAN, Ethernet and optionally also per satellite (BEGAN). In addition, the different distribution channels can be combined with each other while MPEG-4 compression allows the streaming of video signals in Full-HD resolution.
Another major advantage compared with other available solutions is that the user is not bound to a specific manufacturer. The opposite is the case: the user can choose to transmit the signals using Code One’s network operation center or an own solution. Web-based point-to-point streams as well as point-to-multipoint can thereby be realized in the field of broadcasting. Of course, the Code One solutions are not limited to live streaming: the content can be recorded, stored and distributed at a later time.
At this year’s CABSAT some of the latest Code One solutions will be presented for the first time in the Middle East Region. At Qvest Media’s stand S2-D3 in hall 2, visitors will find a live demo performing Code One’s Backpack Kit. Furthermore, Qvest Media will present the latest innovations and products from other partners such as the leading Media Asset Management System VMPS from S4M and the Media Scheduling software Whats’On from MediaGeniX.
