Acoustics System in a new Dimension

VIVACE not only improves acoustics but alsogives straightforward access to special effects such as directional sound reinforcement even for moving sources. It also hasthe capability to move sources and effects through three-dimensional space,thus creating a unique experience.

At this year’sProlight & Sound visitors can experience all of VIVACE’s features in atemporary installation. For the first time, VIVACE will be showcased on its ownbooth. In the demonstration five microphones, 27 speakers and three subwoofersare used. With this setup, the capabilities of the system will be demonstratedlive every hour starting at 09:30 am.A musician playing clarinet live will introduce the benefits of acousticsenhancement while 3-D effects are demonstrated via playbacks. All presentationsare held in German and English language, Chinese and Russian presentations arealso possible on request.

Also at Prolight & Sound 2012 a new VIVACE controlsurface running on Tablet PC’s will be demonstrated. It extends the range ofcontrol options as a convenient remote device which can be used for rehearsalsor whenever more flexibility is required.
