Teranex 3D Applications at Euro Media France
Teranex’s dealer, Magic Hour, delivered 4 VC100 dual-channel format converters to Euro Media France for its 3D production needs. Two VC100 systems are used to simulate 3D programming from regular 2D sources using Teranex’s 2D-to-3D application, while two other units are used as 3D encoders and decoders.
Teranex 3D Encoder/Decoder application is compatible with the SENSIO® Hi-Fi 3D scheme, which was very important for Euro Media’s 3D transmission needs.
The VC100 units were first deployed as part of the 3D capture of Prince Albert II of Monaco’s wedding to Charlene Wittstock in July.
