Broadcast of Another Match in 3D by MEDIAPRO
posted:
Close to 300 guests invited by SEAT and BBVA, the sponsors of the event organised by Media sport marketing, got the chance to enjoy the closest thing to being in the stadium without actually being there. A 80m² screen and Dolby 5.1 surround sound without commentary provided a great atmosphere with the guests totally immersed in the match. Guests wore special non-disposable 3D active glasses for the broadcast of the game.
The production was carried out with in-house developed technology from the MEDIAPRO R+D department, Medialuso and Kronomav. MEDIAPRO used eight 3D cameras in the Vicente Calderón Stadium for the broadcast in HD side-by-side format beaming the images from the ground to the Congress Buildings in Valencia. This was the fourth match this season which has been broadcasted using this technology with guests discovering a new way of enjoying football.
