COMPANY OVERVIEW

*
Since 2004 RTS Rail&Tracking Systems has been meeting the challenge to provide Directors with unique solutions for moving cameras in a variety of creative ways.
The development of advanced remote camera tracking systems for individual requirements is an ongoing part of their mission. RTS work with professionals from the Film and Broadcast community to develop new systems or modify existing systems in order to provide unique and creative solutions to their production needs.

Boundless possibilities - the prime example of the RTS mission statement is the TrackRunner. Standardized tracks and a wide range of accessories and dollies make this system suitable for any venue and use. The tracks are also available with curve segments and different diameters.
TrackRunner is an improved versatile tracking system that is able to move any remote head/camera combination at high speeds with a cable management system that is unique in the industry today. The energy chain rides on a special surface keeping the noise generated by the system to a very acceptable level making it ideal for both sports and entertainment venues. 2008 the TrackRunner was awarded with the Cinec Award in the cathegory “camera support and grip”. International events like the IAAF Athletics in Osaka and Berlin, the Olympic Games in Beijing, Eurovision Song Contest or Victoria’s Secrets Fashion Shows are only some examples showing that the TrackRunner has become steady part of the Broadcast and Film landscape.

Another milestone of development is the SuperTower. This telescopic camera column is available in different sizes and provides various features. For example SuperTower 20: the small footprint (50x50 cm) and narrow profile makes it a very versatile tool for a variety of uses. SuperTower is remotely controlled and has an extremely smooth telescopic movement with a range of 1,8 to 6,8 m and a variable speed range of 0 to 1,5 m/s. The column’s computer allows for operator defined soft stops at the top and bottom ends of the move, preventing “crashing” the enders. The SuperTower 20 is the ideal choice for sports as well as for coverage of concerts and news events. SuperTower 17 is also suitable for overhead applications and the smallest version of the SuperTower family, SuperTower 6, can be mounted on a dolly platform running on tracks.
Additionally RTS is official rental partner for the Nettmann Stab C. This fully stabilized compact remote head is a perfect complement for the high speed tracking equipment and can also be mounted on helicopters.
